GRP Ltd has this year accelerated its drive to become a major player in both the local economy and the composite industry. This journey began some 18 months ago with an innovative product development from the GRP Research & Development Team, led by Production Director, Mr Rod Wilson.
Since then the product, named Dyynamix which has been kept a tightly guarded secret, has been further refined by the R&D team, and has been launched through an exclusive deal with a major European distributor. In order to realise this vision and achieve the launch of a product tipped as ‘a ground breaking innovation in the construction industry’ Managing Director, Mr Robert Davy has expanded the management team, attracting highly skilled and experienced personnel from related industries all over Europe.
One key appointment was that of the highly regarded industry professional, Mr Keith McDermott as non-executive Chairman who brings with him the essential experience and expertise to maximise on the potential of the new product range.
The culmination of these efforts has been winning this year’s ROCCO award for Innovation & Technology against very stiff competition.
